We offer programs for all ages, from newborns to seniors. Each neighbourhood house and camp create programs that reflect the unique needs of its community, and they’re always evolving. What We Offer

With 58+ licensed child care sites across Metro Vancouver, our neighbourhood houses offer full-time, part-time, and out-of-school care for children from infancy to age 12. Click here to learn more about our Child Care Program.

Our neighbourhood houses offer welcoming counselling for grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, parenting, and more, with accessible care through local partnerships.

We offer a wide range of free to affordable family activities that support childhood development and provide welcoming spaces for parents to connect and bond.

From cooking classes to community lunches to food hubs, ANHBC neighbourhood houses offer programs that support food justice and sustainability, while creating the connections that naturally form around food.

The Neighbourhood Small Grants (NSG) program offers up to $500 to help residents of all ages and backgrounds bring community-building projects to life. Learn more about our NSG program.

ANHBC welcomes newcomers, offering multilingual support, programs, workshops, and community events to help you connect, access resources, build skills, and navigate life in Canada.

We offer affordable seniors’ lunches, craft and activity programs, fitness classes like chair yoga, and more. We are a welcoming space that supports wellbeing, socializing, and community engagement for people 55+.

Youth can dive into after-school programs, workshops, and meet-ups! They will explore their identity, build leadership skills, make great friends, and get support they need to be successful.
